Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
What is your policy on alterations?
If an alteration is needed due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, an additional fee of AED 30 for return shipping and AED 100 for alterations will apply.
